A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am born and raised in the east end of this beautiful city. For the past 12 years, my family and I have called The Upper Beaches our home.
I have been selling real estate here in the city for the past 8 years and honestly, I cannot imagine doing anything else. I truly love what I do.
Helping people navigate their way through the buying and selling process of their dream homes truly is a blessing I do not take lightly.
I realized though that a lot of people do not know a lot about me, so let me share a few details about myself.
I am happily married to an amazing woman (Fiona) have a beautiful daughter named Addison and a very energetic Irish Setter that we named Irish (of course)
I went to school for Child and Youth Worker many years ago and spent the first part of my career working in youth and family shelters where I helped women with children coming out of abusive situations.
I also worked for the Toronto District School Board with youth at risk and spent a few years working in a home for children with autism. That part of my life was both incredibly rewarding and emotionally taxing.
For a long period of time, I was the Canadian amateur Muay Thai Champion. I held that title for a few years until I turned pro. I fought for both the North American Title and the World Kickboxing title as well.
Why do I tell you all this? Well…
1. it gives you some clarity as to who I am and where I come from.
2. It lets you know that I fight. I do not give up. I know adversity, and I deal with it. I do not let things get in the way of the task at hand. If I do? Well, there are consequences. When I was fighting if I let things get in the way, I could either lose the fight or worse get knocked out. When I was working with families or youth at risk my attention needed to be on them to better serve them and make sure their needs were met and came first.
I have taken those life lessons and brought it with me to the world of real estate. Working with my team I can promise you that you will not have a better ally. I have taken my life lessons and work experience and molded it into my business. My previous experiences have shaped the way I help people with their real estate needs. Past clients will say it has been a great experience.
